2. Welke gegevens verzamelen wij?
Wij verzamelen uitsluitend uw e-mailadres, wanneer u zich aanmeldt voor de wachtlijst op onze website. Wij verzamelen geen andere persoonsgegevens. Wij plaatsen geen cookies. Wij gebruiken geen tracking- of analysesoftware.
3. Waarvoor gebruiken wij uw gegevens?
Uw e-mailadres wordt uitsluitend gebruikt om u te informeren wanneer Casa Nilaya beschikbaar is voor boeking. Wij versturen geen commerciële berichten zonder uw toestemming.
4. Rechtsgrond (GDPR art. 6)
De verwerking is gebaseerd op uw toestemming (art. 6 lid 1 sub a AVG/GDPR), gegeven door het invullen en indienen van het aanmeldformulier.
5. Hoe lang bewaren wij uw gegevens?
Wij bewaren uw e-mailadres totdat Casa Nilaya operationeel is en u de eerste boekingsmelding heeft ontvangen, of totdat u uw toestemming intrekt. Daarna worden uw gegevens verwijderd.
6. Delen wij uw gegevens?
Nee. Wij delen uw persoonsgegevens niet met derden, tenzij wij hiertoe wettelijk verplicht zijn.
7. Google Fonts
Onze website maakt gebruik van Google Fonts voor typografie. Hierbij kan uw IP-adres worden doorgezonden aan Google LLC (VS). Zie het privacybeleid van Google.

Op grond van de AVG heeft u de volgende rechten:

Conservamos o seu endereço de e-mail até Casa Nilaya estar operacional e o ter notificado, ou até retirar o seu consentimento. Após isso, os seus dados são eliminados.
